Just a really nice model car from Solido. This is from their "Hi-Fi" series and appears to be marked as a 1:43 scale piece. The car is about 4 inches long.
This one appears to still be sealed in the case but it has some wear to it from age and display. The plastic case has some scuffing and wear to it, and the base has a few small dark marks on it. The pictures should give you a good idea of the condition.
