This made in England Dinky Toys #972 Cole’s 20 ton mobile crane is fully functional with no physical damage only paint chipping and 6 original gray tires so check the photos to confirm condition.  The lines to the hook and to raise and lower the boom are strong replacements.  When you let out line to the hook you have to pull it out as you unwind it as the hook is not heavy enough to do that.  I do offer free returns to U.S. buyers.
