Dinky Toys No. 978 Ford C-800 Refuse Wagon. Another find from the closed toy shop which I purchased in the early 2000s'. The model was never sold and never even removed from the bubble! Beautiful brilliant mint green exterior and very rare BLACK interior. Two original garbage bins with lids are included. In all a superb example that you will not better.

The original bubble style box is in fair condition as the bubble has faded from the sun and cracked as seen in the photos. The box bottom is very good, but has some crushing on one side (se photos). Do keep in mind that the model has NEVER BEEN removed from the box. The original cellophane tape still holds the bubble in place. (see photos)

In summary, an excellent opportunity to add a splendid fully original and rare variation to your Dinky or refuse equipment collection. This model will not disappoint the most fastidious collector.
