Covered Purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee when any of the following are true:

• An item isn't received or it isn't as described in the listing.
• A buyer doesn't receive an item or requests a return within 30 days.
• Seller sends and incorrect item

Goods Not covered by Guarantee when the below are true

• A buyer makes and incorrect purchase and or fails to read item description which requires a refund, the buyer will be liable for 20% of purchase price as a restocking fee and any freight costs that have been incurred by the seller if applicable ($ purchase price - 20% - applicable freight = refund)
• A buyer makes an incorrect purchase, returns the item for exchange or store credit, the buyer will be liable for all freight costs incurred by the seller
• Items that are damaged in transit that are not insured. All items require a signature upon receipt and should be checked for external damage prior to acceptance from courier
• If contact has not been made regarding return/refund within 3 days of purchase
• If the item is not in its original condition and original packaging upon return
• If the item has been modified or tampered with in any form or is damaged due to improper or attempted installation.
• Item not being used for its intended purpose
• Custom made products
• Pre - order products if delivered within 3 months after release date
• Items damaged during pick-up or postage or not delivered when the buyer arranges pick-up or delivery of the item (for instance, the buyer arranges freight).
• Buyer's remorse
• Duplicate claims through other resolution methods.
• Click & Collect items that weren't collected by the buyer.
• Items sent to another address after original delivery.
• Buyer having incorrect address details in eBay

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped via registered Australia Post with tracking, or via other couriers where items exceed maximum postal size limits.
