• Many of the items we stock are purchased in bulk lots and then listed with the one common photo. This means the packaging can vary for the same model, which is of importance to some collectors. It also means the packaging photographed (if pictured) may not necessarily be the same package you receive.
• Examples of this include INTERNATIONAL BACKING CARDS instead of US BACK CARDS for Disney Cars, Johnny Lighting etc.
• Another common one is collectors requesting the white outer box on Classic Carlectables. Almost all models we stock have them, but occasionally we may have a Carlectables model that does not have the white outer box (ie white box damaged on delivery and discarded).
• If this is important to you - PLEASE contact us first to double check we have the correct packaging in stock.

FRAGILE!

• Extra care is taken by us in packing this item for shipping. In addition to the packing from the manufacturer, we pack in another outer box and line with bubble wrap or packing beans to help protect the model. Where the item is in a clear display box, tissue paper is used to pack out the box to help prevent parts moving and potentially breaking during transit.

• We offer 30 Days to return your item if you are not happy with it. This includes damaged on delivery, not suitable, change of mind, unwanted gift and the such! Proviso - money back does not include freight costs for either purchasing or returning the model.
