Selling as used but it is near mint with very minor wear/use

It has sat for years and years 

Selling as used but has sat for years and years and may have never been used.  There may be some extremely minor scuffs due to the age but it appears that it has just sat and likely never used.  It includes all that is seen.  The turnbuckles are still brand new and unused.  It includes the instruction manual, a tag attached by a string to the truck indicated its production number and a foldout information sheet.  It comes in its original box which does have some wear.  See the many images which are part of the description and provide additional information.  The screw to open the servicing cover has some scuffs/scratches.  The tool that to remove this screw is not included.  It was a pair of tweezers that we had but cannot locate them.
