Description

The late model “Honda NSX-R,” released in 2002 and commonly known as the “02R,” is equipped with a 3.2-liter V6 VTEC engine based on racing engine assembly technology in an all-aluminum monocoque body. The NSX-R is 70 kg lighter than the standard NSX thanks to the use of carbon materials, thin sheet glass, and no soundproofing material. Aerodynamic performance was also pursued, and a front undercover and rear diffuser were installed to achieve a minus lift, a first for a production car. Auto Art has realistically modeled the symbol of Honda's racing spirit. The ducted carbon fiber hood, large carbon rear spoiler, specially developed tires and wheels, three-dimensional fixed headlights characteristic of the late model, Recaro carbon full bucket seats in the interior, MOMO steering wheel and titanium shift knob, and even the exclusive serial plate on the side sills have been faithfully reproduced. The model has been faithfully reproduced.
