This VERY NICE and VERY COLLECTABLE car has been taken very good care of over the last 59 years. There is very light playwear on the paint finish with very slight paint loss around the headlights. The windshield has a light scratch on the driver’s side, but it is hardly noticeable on display.

CONDITION DESCRIPTION: This 1965 Dinky Ford Cortina, East African Safari Rally Car #8, Model 212 and MADE IN ENGLAND is in NEAR MINT CONDITION. This VERY NICE and VERY COLLECTABLE car has been taken very good care of over the last 59 years. There is very light playwear on the paint finish with very slight paint loss around the headlights. The decals appear to be original and have some yellowing and wear but are all still in very nice shape. The windshield has a light scratch on the driver’s side, but it is hardly noticeable on display. All wheels are in perfect condition and the front wheels turn nicely left and right. The tires still look nice and are still flexible without any visible dry rot or flat spots. The baseplate looks very nice with just a light scratch near the center mounting hole.
