Dinky Toys 198 Rolls Rocye Phantom V.

This is a vintage Dinky made in England in 1960s. It is made in roughly 1/43 scale. This example is in a very attractive two-tone color with red interior and driver figure, and rolling side windows.

This toy is all original, complete and is in near mint condition with what looks like pin-size paint bubbling on the roof.
