A very nice example of one of the last Studebakers produced when the plated type of finish was changed to a gold paint similar to the James Bond car. This finish proved much longer lasting as the plated finish had tended to chip easily and the appearance of the models soon deteriorated.

This model has very good paintwork - a few marks here and there as the photos show but overall a very attractive item. The wheels are the later type of shaped wheel and these are in good condition with original tyres. The windows are free from scratches and cracks and teh suspension, as with all these models, is excellent.
