Up for purchase is this all original and fully working vintage 1973 Corgi Majors 1127 Simon Snorkel Fire engine with its original box.
The truck has the following features...Rear boom that can be raised via knob on side.
...Rear boom can further be raised upward via second knob on side.
...Rear boom swivels 360 degrees.
...Removable fireman from rear yellow bucket.
...Side stabilizers (two on each side) that extend and retract to keep the truck from tipping over when rear boom is extended.
All of these features work as new. Nothing slips, no gears are stripped, no plastic pieces are broken and the side stabilizers work and lock back in the closed position.
Rear bucket comes with original fireman and original plastic pin that keeps him from falling out of the bucket.
A few minor rubs to paint on very rear of truck.
Spring suspension like new on all four corners with no sagging issues.
All firemen are present in the cab, behind the cab and in the bucket.
Tires in good shape and the truck rolls along freely.
The original box has all end flaps present and fully attached.
Some bending in on top center of box with minor puncture from the fireman`s head in the rear bucket (last 2 photos).
