PLEASE NOTE THAT PACKAGES ASIDE FROM THE UNITED STATES, ARE TAKING MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO DEPART OUT OF JAPAN, AFTER JAPAN POST ACCEPTANCE (especially to Europe and Mexico). This is due in part to limited aircraft capacity for postal cargo.

If you are in a hurry to receive the item, please consider this situation, prior to bidding and/or purchase.

Additionally: ITALY, MIDDLE EAST, SPAIN and PORTUGAL can take exceptionally long and can take over 12 weeks for final delivery.

Note:  Unlike many eBay sellers in Japan, we (OPI Hobby Groups) are “NOT” brokers, who lists items on eBay, that they do not have in-stock nor possess.

(Note: Item is In-stock at our own facility and ships from Japan. We generally ship your items within 24 hours – 48 hours after payment. Please note that once your package is processed at the post office, we cannot postal intercept the package for return and the transaction “cannot” be cancelled, and subject to Section B, Clause F and G below)

SECTION "B"  - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 
Important Shipping and Bidding Information (please review carefully):

A. "SHIPPING": Item is located in Japan and will ship via JAPAN POST EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE INSURED (EMS) only,  sorry "no exceptions". EMS has point to point tracking and the item is fully insured.

B. "ITEM SHIPS FROM JAPAN": Shipping will generally take 7 - 23 business day from Japan, depending on outbound aircraft availability and your country’s inbound Custom’s Clearance system and delivery policy.

C. "SHIPPING ADDRESS":  Item can “only” be shipped to your eBay and Payment Registered Shipping Address (No "Drop Shipments”) when your payment is received. Shipping address must be in English (no foreign characters) per Japan Post EMS International Postal Regulation.

D. "CUSTOM DECLARATION VALUE". "Buyer" is responsible for your country's duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs and 3rd party EMS delivery services if applicable. The Declared Value will be the end value of the item in Japanese yen at time of payment which will be based on the current US Dollar - Japanese Yen exchange rate, as the package is being sent from Japan (the insured price must equal declared price). Be aware that some countries, especially in Europe can add a Duty of 20% or more. Please consult your country's import regulation and duty costs prior to bidding or purchase.

E. "PACKAGE HOLD" at your country's post office:  Express Mail Service packages will be held for you at your post office for 8 - 10 days (your country's EMS Package Hold Policy can differ, please check with your post office). EMS depending on your country, will require a signature. Please make proper arrangements for pick up, should you not be available during delivery. Any packages sent back to the sender as "UNCLAIMED", any return shipping costs charged to seller/sender and other associated fees, will be invoiced to the buyer and/or forfeiture from the item cost (see “F” below).

F. UNCLAIMED ITEMS, REFUSED TO ACCEPT PACKAGE and/or REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES/FEES/VAT: Packages which are "Returned to Sender" as "Refused", "Unclaimed" or "Refusal to Pay Customs Duties", the Japan Customs Re-entry Import Tax, Japan Post Return to Sender fee, Original and Return Shipping Costs will be assessed to the buyer and these associated fees will not be refunded.

G. NO REQUEST TO CANCEL TRANSACTION AFTER PURCHASE: Once the package is processed at the post office, we cannot intercept the package. Hence, we can no longer Cancel the Transaction and returns are not accepted and subjected to Clause "F" (see above).

H. POSTAL INSURANCE CLAIMS FOR ITEM DAMAGE DURING POSTAL TRANSIT:  If a Postal Insurance Claim is required for postal damage to your item, the Buyer must submit a Damage Claim Report with your country's post office first, then send Postal Damage Claim Report (including pictures of damage to the item and shipping box) to the seller, before beginning the refund process of purchase by the seller (insurance claim refund will be sent to the seller in this case). Please do not throw any packing material, as the post office may require it for the postal claim.

SECTION "C" - TERMS

1. Sold "as is". As with model items, parts may come loose from casting tree or injection tress. For Finished Models (diecast models etc.) please note that during shipping transit, parts such as doors, landing gears, antennas, engines, tires, wing components etc., may come loose. In these cases, item(s) is not considered a defect, Please use appropriate adhesive to reattach the parts. For resin parts (especially vintage parts), some parts may contain air bubbles, fractures, brittleness  and warpage, or may be off the casting blocks.

2. What you see in the photo, will be what you will be receiving.

3. PAYMENT TERMS:

Auction Style: Per eBay Policy, the buyer has 4 days to pay for the item. If payment is not received by the 4^th day, the transaction will be canceled and a Non-paying Bidder Report will be filed with eBay.

Fixed Price Auction: Immediate Payment Due at time of purchase.

4. COMBINE SHIPPING: Combine shipping is dependent on weight and size, please message me for shipping quotes.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE JAPAN POST SHIPPING LABEL IS REGISTERED AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION WITH TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT TO YOU, I CANNOT COMBINE SHIP YOUR ITEMS.

Combine shipping for Fixed Price Auction when Immediate Payment Due: Please pay for item including shipping, a shipping adjustment via a partial refund will be made after returning from Japan Post.

5.  HANDLING CHARGE: We may charge a minimal handling fee for packing supplies, operational expense such as taking the local train to take your package to the Japanese Post Office etc.
